Paul still remembers like yesterday Casey explaining how to brew batch brew and Madcap's philosophy behind it. They went through crazy busy weekends behind espresso machine together. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYears later, Paul moved on to roasting position and Casey became manager at Monroe location. They didn't work side by side no more t but they loved talking about coffee at the cupping table in the roastery or whenever they had a chance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTime passed by again, Casey is now managing the roastery and buying green coffee for Madcap and Paul started Neem Coffee with April.
