We've worked with Falcon Coffee who's been sourcing amazing Ethiopian coffees from Alo Coffee. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAs any other amazing Ethiopian coffees, this coffee has lingering floral from beginning to the end, hot to cold, almost like somebody sprayed perfume. When you come close to a cup, you'll get intense green\/ white fruit notes like bergamot. With lingering floral, this coffee reminds us of well-ripe mango or tangerine like sweetness. Imagine biting into yellow mango that's just perfectly ripe.
