Colombia - Adrian Samboni 150g

Hello all! 

Next to Carolina's classic washed coffee, we also have another stunning coffee ready to be shipped out. 

This will be our first time offering bourbon aji variety. 

April and Paul tried bourbon aji for the first time last year from importer's cupping and it caught both of our attention immediately. Ever since then, we've been wantingto source this variety to share its unique floral notes with vibrant acidity. 

And we met Adrian! (not in person, but you know what I mean)

Our friend introduce Adrian to us thinking it'd be a good match. It was Adrian's first year exporting to US and also Neem coffee's first year as a company. Adrian's volume wasn't big enough for bigger company to buy but it was perfect for Neem! and we are forever grateful to this friend because now we can introduce Adrian's coffee to our customers!

We got to try few different varieties and processings from Adrian and this was our favorite on the table. Hopefully, we can share more from Adrian to you! 

When this coffee is hot, it reminded us tons of small berry notes like cranberry, raspberry, goji berry. 

As it cools down sweetness comes through more with lingering florals. 

Big thing we loved about this coffee was complexity throughout different temperature.
