Introducing Neem's Fourth release of the year!
Our July coffee is SL28 variety produced by Paola Trujillo from Cauca, Colombia. This coffee was specifically sourced for our recent pop-up, and we’re excited to feature it again as our Monthly Coffee for those who loved it and those who didn’t get a chance to try it. We couldn’t be more thrilled to bring it to you!
Now, we’d love to share the experience with you.
This coffee stands out with its tropical fruit-like flavor and sweetness. It is washed process went through thermal shock before fermentation, which enhances the deep fruity and floral flavors with bigger clarity.
We’re offering it in a smaller size this time so more people can experience it. Since the amount is limited, we highly recommend resting it for at least two weeks before brewing to fully experience its vibrant acidity.
