Honduras - Angel Arturo Paz Pacas

Hello! 

We're back with our first coffee from Honduras!

Honduras has a special place in Paul's heart because it was their first country to be part of COE jury and that's where Paul met Angel for the first time in person.

Pacas variety from Honduras has been Paul's one of favorite coffee with its vibrant acidity with really well-structured sweetness. It's not as crazy like gesha or SL like varieties but it always surprises us in different way.

When hot, this coffee has lively acidity like apple or lemon zest that keeps this coffee interesting. As cools down is where this coffee shines with clean candy like sweetness followed by dark caramel like aftertaste. 

We highly recommend resting it for at least three weeks.
