Peru - Pedro Castillo

Hello! 

We have our 2nd coffee from Peru!

If you've been following us from the beginning, you know how much Paul loves coffee from Peru and we've been trying to share more coffees from Peru. 

This Red Gesha is from Piura region in Peru, from Pedro Castillo. 
When we were cupping this coffee, it grabbed out attention with tons of red and purple fruits like marionberry, cherry, peach, apple mango and lychee with underlying florals. 

This coffee is little bit special because we sourced this coffee through friend of us and also fellow roaster who roast out of co-roasting facility we use. 

Gabby, the owner of Sunao coffee and Peruvian Portal PDX, is from Peru who is working hard to showcase coffee and cacaos from Peru through her company. 

We have limited amount of this coffee, so hurry if you like some good coffee from Peru!

We hope you enjoy this coffee like we've been enjoying it! 

We highly recommend resting it for at least three weeks.
